Timely advise on amending and issuing identification codes of agencies and units according to the guidance of the Ministry of Science and Technology, synchronously updating to the province's administrative procedure information system and other relevant systems; adjusting the administrative procedure settlement file code according to the new code of the new agency or unit.
The Provincial People's Committee Office updates the shared data categories of the National Public Service Portal according to regulations and monitors and urges the implementation of tasks related to administrative procedures for people and businesses after the organization and apparatus are reorganized and streamlined; promptly summarizes difficulties and problems and reports to the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
