Today, July 19, Quang Tri Provincial Police issued Document No. 1027/TB-CAT-PV01 announcing not to implement the plan to temporarily close the road and divert traffic at the Hien Luong - Ben Hai Historical Site to serve the Art Program "Parallel 17 - Aspiration for Peace ", scheduled to take place on the evening of July 19, 2024 according to previous announcements.
The reason is that the Art Program "Parallel 17 - Desire for Peace" has been decided to be postponed by the Organizing Committee.
