Opening of International Delivery Office - Tuyen Quang Provincial Post Office

On the morning of June 13, 2025, Tuyen Quang Provincial Post Office solemnly held the Opening Ceremony of the International Delivery Office. Attending the Ceremony on behalf of the departments and branches were comrade Nguyen Van Hien - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; comrade Loc Kim Lien, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; representative of Tan Quang Ward Police; On behalf of the Provincial Post Office were comrade: Nghiem Tuan Anh, Director of the Provincial Post Office; comrade Pham Thi Thanh Dung, Deputy Director of the Provincial Post Office, along with leaders of departments, units, partners and loyal customers.

This is an important milestone in the strategy of developing international delivery services locally, contributing to improving service quality, promoting trade and international integration of Tuyen Quang province in the new period.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Director of the Provincial Post Office affirmed: “International express delivery is one of the special strengths of Vietnam Post. As the only national postal enterprise operating a nationwide public network, and at the same time representing Vietnam in the Universal Postal Union (UPU), Vietnam Post has a special advantage as a hub for exchanging letters and goods with more than 200 countries and territories. We are also a trusted partner of leading express delivery enterprises such as DHL, UPS, TNT…”.

By putting the International Delivery Office into operation at Cau Cha Post Office, Tuyen Quang Provincial Post Office demonstrates its determination to constantly innovate, invest heavily in infrastructure, technology and human resources to better meet the increasing demands of customers and international partners. The new office is expected to shorten processing time, increase operational efficiency and expand cross-border connectivity through dedicated services to Japan, the US, Korea, the EU and many other potential markets.

Delegates visited and experienced the services at the International Delivery Office of the Provincial Post Office.

This event took place in the context of Tuyen Quang receiving many new opportunities from the socio-economic development strategy and expanding international cooperation. In particular, after merging with Ha Giang province, Tuyen Quang has more potential to promote internal strength, attract investment and expand trade. The development of international delivery services is an important step to accompany the locality in the process of comprehensive integration.
