Opening of the 13th course of intermediate level Political Theory for provincial police officers and soldiers

BTO-On the afternoon of June 17, the Provincial Political School held the opening ceremony of the 13th course of the Centralized Political Theory Intermediate Course (2025) for provincial police officers and soldiers. Attending the opening ceremony were the Principal of the Provincial Political School, Dung Van Duy; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Provincial Police and 50 students of the class.

The course is trained in a concentrated system with the content and program of Intermediate Political Theory including: 13 study sections and 1 practical research lesson with 1,056 periods in 6 months. The program will equip learners with new systematic knowledge about Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought, the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State and much knowledge about political science, leadership and management science. Through the knowledge system of the training program, it contributes to consolidating the ideological stance, political mettle and belief in the revolutionary path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho. Thereby, training scientific thinking methods, the ability to summarize practices and strive to protect the Party's ideological foundation, fight against erroneous and hostile views that sabotage the Party and our regime.

Principal of Provincial Political School Dung Van Duy speaks

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Principal of the Provincial Political School Dung Van Duy emphasized: We are entering a period of great changes in the organization and operation of the political system. In particular, the implementation of the arrangement of provincial administrative units in the spirit of the Central Resolution, moving towards the implementation of the 2-level government model on July 1, 2025 is posing many urgent requirements, especially for the contingent of cadres, civil servants, public employees and the people's armed forces. In that context, the People's Public Security force - with a core role in ensuring political security and social order and safety - needs to be strengthened in terms of political capacity, theoretical thinking, professional qualifications and practical capacity. Participating in this class is a specific and practical step in the roadmap to standardize the contingent of Public Security officers according to the new requirements of the situation.
