Cancel the suspension of changes and transfer transactions of assets under Trinh Van Quyet's name.

The Provincial People's Committee has just sent a document to the Department of Justice regarding the cancellation of the suspension of changes, transactions, and transfers of assets under the name of Trinh Van Quyet and related individuals.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Justice to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities to implement Document No. 5055, dated August 12 of the Office of the Investigation Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security ; promptly report and advise on contents under the authority and responsibility of the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations.

The document of the Office of the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency stated that during the investigation of the case of "Fraudulent appropriation of property"; "manipulation of the stock market"; "Abuse of position and power while performing official duties" and "Intentionally disclosing false information in securities activities" occurring at FLC Group Joint Stock Company, BOS Securities Joint Stock Company, Faros Construction Joint Stock Company and related companies to serve the investigation requirements, on April 5, 2022, the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency issued Official Dispatch No. 997 to the Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities directing relevant units to temporarily suspend changes in assets under the names of Trinh Van Quyet, Trinh Thi Minh Hue, Trinh Thi Thuy Nga, and Le Thi Ngoc Diep. On June 26, 2025, the High People's Court in Hanoi issued a criminal appeal judgment on the above case. During the trial, Trinh Van Quyet and his accomplices have remedied all the consequences of the case. At the same time, in the verdict, the Trial Panel declared "Cancel the suspension of property transactions of the defendant and related persons according to Official Dispatch No. 997 dated April 5, 2022 of the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency". Up to now, the verdict has come into legal effect. To ensure the legitimate rights and interests of related individuals, the Office of the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency requests the Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities to direct relevant units to cancel the suspension of fluctuations, transactions, and transfers of assets under the names of Trinh Van Quyet, Trinh Thi Minh Hue, Trinh Thi Thuy Nga, and Le Thi Ngoc Diep according to the content of Official Dispatch No. 997 of the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency.
