Although there is a lack of specialized cadres in some areas such as land administration - construction, finance - accounting and serving machinery and equipment, with a high sense of responsibility, the commune's cadres and civil servants have strived to overcome difficulties and successfully completed their assigned tasks."
According to the report of Hoi Xuan Commune Public Administration Service Center, after nearly 2 months of operation, the center has received 423 files and digitized 423 files. Without any trouble, harassment, avoidance, or delay in handling work, the center's officers and civil servants have made efforts to resolve 414 files ahead of schedule and on time, with no files being resolved past the deadline.
