Hoang Huy (HHS) completes the acquisition of CRV Real Estate Group

Hoang Huy Investment and Services JSC (code: HHS) recently announced the successful purchase of 50,098,000 shares, equivalent to 99.9% ownership at HHS Capital JSC. This transaction means that HHS has officially become the parent company of HHS Capital - the unit that owns 7.45% of CRV shares.

Enterprise data shows that HHS directly owns 35.17% of CRV Real Estate Group Corporation's capital. Combined with the ownership ratio at CRV of its two subsidiaries, Hoang Giang Service Development Corporation and HHS Capital, which are 8.41% and 7.45% respectively, HHS owns 51.03% of capital and officially becomes the parent company of CRV Real Estate Group Corporation from June 18, 2025.

Previously, HHS successfully completed the private offering of 64 million shares to its parent company, Hoang Huy Financial Services Investment JSC (code: TCH), at a price of VND12,500/share. The number of additional shares issued is restricted from transfer within 1 year from the end date of the offering.

VND800 billion raised from the private issuance and VND500 billion in equity capital, a total of VND1,300 billion, was used by HHS to complete the purchase of more than 50 million HHS Capital shares, thereby completing the merger of CRV.

CRV Real Estate is currently the owner of the Hoang Huy New City – II projects located in Thuy Nguyen City, Hai Phong City; Hoang Huy Grand Tower at 2A So Dau, So Dau Ward, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City, and Hoang Huy Commerce Project (Building H1) in Kenh Duong Ward and Vinh Niem Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City.
