On September 13, in Hanoi, a seminar was held on “Businesses facing the new legal wave, risks and solutions - for the food/foodstuff sector and other sectors in the economic sector”. The seminar gathered leading experts in the fields of law-tax-management-technology-business restructuring.

Policies are gradually forming an innovation ecosystem – where the State plays a creative role, businesses play a central role, and academia and private investment are important driving forces.
“If implemented effectively, this will be a springboard to help Vietnam achieve the goal of a digital economy accounting for 30% of GDP by 2030 and build self-reliant technological capacity,” said Ms. Le Thu Hang.
From a business perspective, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of An Viet New Vitality Joint Stock Company, said: In recent times, the socio-economic context of our country has had many positive changes. This result is thanks to the strong innovations of the Party and State in issuing policies and laws in line with the country's development trends and the international integration process.
These changes are like a breath of fresh air, creating a great driving force for general development, opening up many new opportunities for economic sectors. However, along with opportunities are many challenges and risks, especially for small and medium enterprises.
Therefore, today's workshop will focus on practical issues, to help businesses promptly grasp and proactively have adaptive solutions for stability and development.
In order to help units and businesses have effective solutions in protecting consumers from buying fake and counterfeit products; protecting the customer system for agents and distributors against fake, counterfeit and poor quality goods, Mr. Pham Minh Hieu - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting Technology Joint Stock Company shared about the solution to trace the origin of goods and services, especially paying attention to direct support for agricultural products and food/foodstuffs.

Not only does it deeply affect the economy, but the unfortunate use of counterfeit goods also causes negative effects on the health of the users themselves. Joining hands to fight and push back the problem of counterfeit goods is an urgent task today, requiring the consensus and contribution of the whole society.
Faced with that situation, Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting Technology Joint Stock Company - a business operating mainly in the field of information technology services, software distribution and supply, has invested in market research, approaching many anti-counterfeiting solutions such as heat-emitting technology, QR code technology, secure QR code with identification code...
