Accordingly, the total number of voters of Nong Son district participating in the consultation on the District Merger Project was 22,189/22,269 voters, reaching 99.64%. As a result, 21,434 voters agreed to merge Nong Son and Que Son districts, accounting for 96.25%; 747 voters disagreed, accounting for 3.35%.

The total number of voters in Que Son district participating in the consultation on the proposal to rearrange district-level administrative units was 61,920/67,102 voters, reaching 92.28%. As a result, 61,175 voters agreed to merge Nong Son and Que Son districts, accounting for 91.17%; 701 voters disagreed, accounting for 1.04%.

According to the instructions of the Department of Home Affairs (the standing agency of the Steering Committee for the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels in Quang Nam province), after completing the collection of voters' opinions, Nong Son and Que Son districts urgently directed the organization of commune-level People's Council meetings and before June 14, 2024, submitted to the district-level People's Council for approval of the Resolution approving the policy of merging Nong Son and Que Son districts.

On that basis, synthesize and develop a report on the results of collecting voters' opinions and voting results of the People's Councils of communes and districts and report to the Department of Home Affairs before June 18, 2024 for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.
