Ngoc Anh has been exposed to pickleball since the end of 2024, about half a year now. However, the frequency of her pickleball playing is irregular due to her heavy workload.
Only about a month ago, when preparing for the Dan Tri newspaper tournament, Ngoc Anh actively practiced, spending about 2-3 sessions/week playing with friends and family to improve her skills.
Participating in the first pickleball tournament organized by Dan Tri newspaper, Ngoc Anh did not put too much pressure on the prize, but came with the purpose of interacting with the athletes and to see how far her own ability could go.
At the Dan Tri newspaper tournament, Ngoc Anh registered for the mixed duos category. Because the tournament is only a few weeks away, Ngoc Anh and her teammates regularly research to create strategies to achieve the best scores.
Ngoc Anh revealed a little about the strategy of Anh and her teammates: "waiting for the opponent to make a mistake". "Because Anh does not have very good technique, Anh will play very firmly and defend very well to avoid losing points for her team, taking advantage of the opportunity for her teammates to score points", the beauty shared.
Miss Hanoi 2025 believes that pickleball is a very interesting sport, easy to approach and suitable for many people. Ngoc Anh expressed: "Pickleball is a combination of tennis, badminton and table tennis, with simple and easy-to-understand rules. What's special is that this sport is suitable for all ages, from young students to middle-aged or elderly people can participate."
Besides, Ngoc Anh believes that pickleball is a sport that does not require too much expense, but has high connectivity, helping to connect family, friends, colleagues and even friends who have not seen each other for a long time.
"For me, every weekend, especially Saturday and Sunday, is an opportunity to play pickleball with family and friends, both to exercise and to create happy, bonding moments," she said.

I want to spread positive energy from sports to more women, because this is an effective way to train endurance, improve physical condition and improve quality of life," the beauty emphasized.
When appearing as a beauty queen, Ngoc Anh often shows humility and grace. On the sports field, she is a completely different version, fierce, strong and devoted.
"Sports is where I express my positive energy and inner strength that I sometimes cannot express in my daily life. When I step on the field, I am always myself and am not afraid to "let loose" to compete to the best of my ability. If I am too shy or too gentle, it will be difficult to convey my sportsmanship and inner strength," she said.
Ngoc Anh's image associated with sports has only recently become known to the public, but in fact, the beauty has maintained a regular exercise habit for about 5-6 years.
