On the afternoon of June 16, at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center (VYF), the Football Tournament to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (PTV Cup) took place. The tournament had the participation of journalists and sports reporters in Hanoi with guests who were coaches and professional football players.
Player Nguyen Van Quyet ( Hanoi Club) is a familiar guest of PTV Cup.
This year's tournament has additional notable guests: player Nguyen Hoang Duc (Phu Dong Ninh Binh ) and head coach of Hanoi Club Makoto Teguramori.
The match between Hoang Duc's blue team and coach Polking and Van Quyet's white team was exciting and dramatic right from the first minutes.
Coach Polking showed a competitive expression when competing with journalists and reporters.
He celebrated emotionally when scoring a goal assisted by Van Quyet.
Coach Polking and Van Quyet's team tied with Hoang Duc's team with a score of 2-2.
In the following match, Hoang Duc's blue team faced off against goalkeeper Nguyen Van Hoang's red team.
Former national player Pham Thanh Luong still shows his class even though he has retired and turned to coaching for many years.
Attending the match were many fans who were journalists, players, and staff of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), including VFF President Tran Quoc Tuan (middle). The PTV Cup is an annual event for journalists and sports reporters in Hanoi on the occasion of June 21. The tournament aims to create a healthy playground, connecting sportsmanship, mutual love, and exchange and learning among journalists, players, coaches, and football managers.
