At the meeting of the Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam held on the afternoon of June 18, the leader of the Departmentof Education and Training of Ha Giang province said that preparations for the exam were carefully and seriously prepared by the education sector and localities.
Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training of Ha Giang province has established an examination council with 34 examination sites, 346 examination rooms, and mobilized 1,790 officers, teachers, and staff to participate in organizing the exam.
The examination council has issued plans to direct the organization of the exam, assigned specific tasks to members; publicized the hotline number; and established an exam inspection team.
The province has also completed the arrangement of examination sites, registration numbers, and room arrangements for each exam and subject. It has printed documents for the organization of the exam and returned exam registration papers to candidates; provided training in exam testing skills; organized mock exams to gain experience; and schools have basically completed the review work for candidates.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang province Vuong Ngoc Ha requested all levels and sectors to uphold their spirit, responsibility, and be proactive in implementing tasks; review all stages of exam organization; and assign specific tasks to each individual involved in organizing the exam.
Implement the motto "4 rights, 3 no's" in organizing exams, including: Correct exam regulations and instructions; correct and complete procedures; correct assigned positions, responsibilities and tasks; correct timing to promptly handle unusual situations and incidents; no subjective negligence; no arbitrarily handling unusual situations and no excessive stress and pressure.
The police force inspected all examination sites to ensure security, fire prevention, and prevention of violations during the examination. The provincial inspectorate reviewed personnel according to regulations. The examination council issued a handbook for invigilators and organized meetings with examination site leaders to review the contents of the examination.
“Based on the assigned tasks, we request that the sectors develop scenarios and plans to ensure security and safety for the exam and support candidates. Along with that, we need to increase propaganda about the exam and the reporting regime, not allowing the process of streamlining the administrative apparatus to affect the exam,” emphasized comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha.
