The 2025 National Compatriot Football Tournament will take place from September 7 to 21 at PM Sport Stadium (Tan Son, Ho Chi Minh City), gathering 16 teams. The teams are divided into 4 groups, playing a round-robin to select the top two teams in each group to enter the quarter-finals.

Season 2 champion Can Tho could not participate for many reasons, but with the presence of 16 teams from North to South, DHF-S3 promises to become a festival for teams with hometown colors.

The winning team DHF-S3 received a trophy, gold medal and 50 million VND in prize money. The prizes for the runner-up and third-place teams were 30 million and 10 million VND respectively.
