Nearly 64 billion VND invested in building a parking lot in Phuong Mai mountainside area

TPO - The Phuong Mai mountainside parking lot with an area of 1.2 hectares is being deployed in Nhon Ly and Nhon Hoi communes, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province.

On November 2, the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board announced that it had approved the criteria for auctioning land use rights to implement the parking lot project in the Phuong Mai mountainside area.

Accordingly, the project implementation location is Nhon Ly commune and Nhon Hoi commune, Quy Nhon city (located in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone) with an area of 1.2 hectares, total investment capital of 63.5 billion VND (excluding the auction winning price of land use rights).

The land use function is to build a parking lot with main construction items such as a parking area including parking lots organized in the West and South of the project, with parking spaces for about 88 motorbikes, 75 cars, 21 buses; at the same time, arrange a parking area for shuttle buses and staff cars with a capacity of about 21 vehicles.

The service and management area is located in the North of the project, including buildings such as offices, restrooms; beverage service area, driver's rest house... arranged in an area with easy access to external traffic routes, to facilitate serving tourists.

The project's operating period is 50 years in the form of the State leasing land and collecting land rent once for the entire lease period. The starting price for the land use rights auction will be based on the land price decided by the Provincial People's Committee. Currently, the land has completed site clearance.

Recently, the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board invested in a 2.6km road from Nhon Hoi Economic Zone to Nhon Ly commune with a total capital of more than 100 billion VND.

Seen from above, the road is beautiful as a “picture” as it runs through golden sand dunes, along the green route with casuarina forests and giant wind turbines located on Phuong Mai mountain. The road helps people and tourists travel more conveniently, shortening the travel time from Quy Nhon City to Nhon Ly - with many famous tourist destinations such as Ky Co, Eo Gio..
