FPT honored as innovative technology partner

DNVN - FPT has just been honored by Vietnam Airlines with the "Innovative Technology Partner" award thanks to its proactive application of advanced technologies such as AI and Blockchain, contributing to creating breakthroughs in the digital transformation process of the aviation industry.

The award recognizesFPT’s journey of more than a decade accompanying and playing the role of strategic technology partner with the Lotusmiles loyalty program reaching international standards. FPT has conquered a series of criteria associated with innovation in customer experience. The company has proactively applied AI and advanced technologies to create breakthrough solutions to deeply understand customers and at the same time build trust based on transparency.

The award ceremony took place within the framework of the forum "Cooperation and customer engagement 2025" ( Vietnam Airlines Loyalty Engagement Forum - VNA LEF 2025).

In addition, FPT's solutions also focus on personalizing experiences, preventing fraud, and ensuring strict compliance with customer data security requirements. This is also an important foundation to help strengthen customer trust and loyalty to Vietnam Airlines' products and services.

Previously, in May 2025, FPT and Vietnam Airlines signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen comprehensive strategic cooperation, with the goal of promoting digital transformation, improving operational capacity and customer experience. Accordingly, the two sides will coordinate to deploy a series of advanced technology solutions such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data, Blockchain, IoT and digital platforms for businesses. The application of these technologies aims to optimize operational efficiency, increase competitiveness and enhance passenger experience at every touchpoint.

FPT is currently cooperating with Vietnam Airlines to build a new generation e-commerce platform, a strategic step in the comprehensive digitalization roadmap. The new system brings a smoother, more personalized and smarter experience to customers, while expanding the service ecosystem and promoting ancillary revenue growth. The two parties are committed to jointly investing in development, co-owning intellectual property and sharing revenue from new technology products serving aviation operations, with the potential to expand to regional and international markets.
