Previously, in May 2025, FPT and Vietnam Airlines signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen comprehensive strategic cooperation, with the goal of promoting digital transformation, improving operational capacity and customer experience. Accordingly, the two sides will coordinate to deploy a series of advanced technology solutions such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data, Blockchain, IoT and digital platforms for businesses. The application of these technologies aims to optimize operational efficiency, increase competitiveness and enhance passenger experience at every touchpoint.
FPT is currently cooperating with Vietnam Airlines to build a new generation e-commerce platform, a strategic step in the comprehensive digitalization roadmap. The new system brings a smoother, more personalized and smarter experience to customers, while expanding the service ecosystem and promoting ancillary revenue growth. The two parties are committed to jointly investing in development, co-owning intellectual property and sharing revenue from new technology products serving aviation operations, with the potential to expand to regional and international markets.
