The Green Flame Volunteer Club of Nguyen Khuyen High School ( Nam Dinh City) participates in supporting candidates in the 2025 high school graduation exam.

Over the years, the "Supporting the Exam Season" program has had synchronous coordination between Youth Union organizations and functional agencies, attracting a large number of union members, youth, students and social forces to participate, ensuring savings, practicality and safety. Over the years, comrade Vu Viet Duong, Secretary of the Youth Union of Hai Hau district, along with volunteers, has always been present very early at the exam site of Tran Quoc Tuan High School to support, assist and help candidates and their families before, during and after each exam session. Comrade Duong said: During the exam, volunteers always arrive early to support and guide their families and candidates when they arrive at the exam site. The support for the exam season focuses on tasks such as guiding candidates to the right location; reminding candidates' families not to gather in large crowds, maintaining traffic order; welcoming, distributing drinking water and some school supplies to support candidates.

Like the Tran Quoc Tuan High School exam site, at all exam sites in the district, union members and youth are always ready to support candidates and their families when necessary. Volunteer teams have carried out many meaningful and practical activities such as guiding and supporting candidates and their families with exam procedures; guiding the exam room map, keeping free belongings, supporting drinking water, hand fans, cold towels and school supplies for candidates; supporting functional forces to direct traffic at exam sites, free motorbike taxis; arranging vehicles, keeping vehicles, ensuring security and order in the exam area... The exam support program has contributed to reducing anxiety, encouraging spirit, adding strength, determination and confidence to candidates participating in the exam. Student Pham Minh Tam, University of Economics and Technology, who participated in the exam season support team, said: "Having been a candidate for the high school graduation exam before, I was helped by the volunteers to have more motivation and confidence when doing the test. Following their example, this year's exam season, we volunteered to participate in the support program, ready to prepare the best support activities under the conditions allowed, in order to give more motivation to the students to have the best mentality before the exam. The thoughtful, enthusiastic and responsible gestures of the young volunteers supporting the exam season made a good impression on the candidates and their parents. Ms. Nguyen Thu Minh, whose child took the exam at Nguyen Khuyen High School (Nam Dinh city) said: "The general mentality of parents when taking their children to the exam is very tense and nervous. However, when coming here, with the cheerful guidance and enthusiastic help of the young volunteers, we felt less worried and the children also felt more comfortable and did better on the exam."

To organize the 2025 exam support program well, especially during the high school graduation exam, the Youth Union and Association at all levels in the province focus on promoting the 2025 exam support program through the website and Facebook system of the unit; through direct channels from schools, through the school's bulletin board to inform about support activities to a large number of candidates. Organize a review of candidates with especially difficult circumstances, develop support plans to ensure that they participate in the exam smoothly and effectively. Promote socialization, call for resources for the program from individuals and units through gifts, scholarships, and items serving the exam support program. In addition, the Provincial Youth Union directed the districts and city youth unions to coordinate with the youth unions of schools, communes, wards and towns to establish 103 exam support teams with 2,534 volunteers to support candidates participating in the exam at 39 exam sites in the province. In this year's Exam Support program, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee will present 15,840 bottles of mineral water, 12,312 bottles of soft drinks, 8,400 boxes of yogurt, 10,000 gifts of cakes, candies, fast food; 200 sets of school supplies, more than 1,000 ballpoint pens, nearly 1,500 paper fans... with a total value of more than 300 million VND. Some activities implemented in the program include: Supporting candidates to travel free of charge to the exam site; traffic control; looking after candidates' belongings; giving away mineral water, candies, soft drinks to candidates; Visiting and giving gifts to encourage candidates before the exam… In particular, the young volunteers also composed and sent messages of love to encourage and cheer up the candidates to stay calm, confident and victorious.

Comrade Ngo Thi Thuy Trang, Deputy Secretary in charge of the Provincial Youth Union, said: The program "Supporting the exam season" is an activity within the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign. Through the program, we continue to promote the spirit of volunteerism, "mutual love", and sense of responsibility towards the community of young people in the province in carrying out volunteer activities for the community, adding confidence and strength to candidates to overcome important exams.
