Information flow for Long An prosperity

The months of June are always a particularly meaningful time for journalists because 100 years ago, on June 21, 1925, Thanh Nien newspaper, founded by Nguyen Ai Quoc, published its first issue, laying the foundation for the "birth" of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism. In the course of 100 years, the provincial press team has constantly innovated, continuing its mission of serving the revolution and the people.

Reporters working in the province

Contribute to the implementation of political tasks

For a century accompanying the nation, the press has always affirmed its role as a pioneering force on the ideological front; becoming a "bridge" between the Party, the State and the People, a reliable forum reflecting all legitimate thoughts and aspirations in social life.

Reporter Le Ngoc ( Long An Newspaper and Radio and Television Station) and crew are working

Having a solid foundation from working at Long An Newspaper for 10 years, when moving to Long An Radio and Television Station (now Long An Newspaper and Radio and Television Station ), reporter Le Ngoc was able to immediately get into the swing of things.

Working in the Special Topics Department, she has the advantage of knowing how to exploit content, however, she also encounters difficulties due to the different ways of working in newspapers and television, so she has to practice and learn more to gain experience.

“The difficulty is that not every topic can be made into a television program, so when I do it, I need to create a detailed script and consult with my manager or colleagues. I spend time with the production team to gain experience for future reports. When the Newspaper and Radio merge, in the current trend, I will continue to promote my strengths in all types of journalism,” said Ms. Le Ngoc.

The topics that PV Le Ngoc covers are quite diverse in areas from agricultural economics to social life. She is also one of the PVs who works hard at the grassroots level to provide information and provide readers with an overview of the local socio-economic situation.

For Ms. Kim Ngan (Cultural - Information and Broadcasting Center of Tan Tru district), every day she needs to try hard to complete her tasks well.

For Ms. Kim Ngan - an official of the Cultural - Information and Broadcasting Center of Tan Tru district, more than 10 years in the profession helped her mature, do a good job of information and propaganda, contributing to orienting local public opinion in a positive direction.

According to Kim Ngan, people who do tasks like her are often called “district radio reporters”, “extended arms” at the grassroots level. Not only do they often work at high intensity, but sometimes she and her colleagues have to take on many different roles of journalists in many different types: print, television, and radio.

For her, working alone is often a chore, having to carry a camera, hold a microphone to film, conduct interviews, and at the same time have to concentrate on capturing and collecting necessary information and documents for professional activities,...

Therefore, she has to study and improve her professional skills to better perform the assigned political tasks. She hopes that when she finishes her district-level activities and moves back to the commune, the leaders will create conditions for her to continue writing her career story.

Journalist Kien Dinh (Long An Newspaper and Radio and Television Station) working

Journalist Kien Dinh - Long An Newspaper and Radio and Television Station, affirmed that life is constantly developing and with it, social events and issues need to be reflected, built, praised and criticized.

Despite facing many dangers and challenges, with the responsibility of being "soldiers" on the ideological and cultural front, "secretaries of the times", the "storm birds" are still ready to be present anytime, anywhere to produce good journalistic works, serving readers, audiences, and listeners, contributing to socio-economic development.

“As a journalist, you must not be indifferent, indifferent, or judge life indiscriminately. You must observe, perceive, feel, and synthesize what is happening around you with all your heart, mind, and objectivity,” Kien Dinh shared.

On the new journey, entering the era of national development, Long An press is always aware of the profound instructions of General Secretary To Lam: "The new era also sets new and higher requirements for revolutionary press, requiring the press to develop accordingly, develop with the nation, and be worthy of professional, humane, and modern journalism". Therefore, the Long An press team, directly each reporter and journalist, in addition to cultivating expertise, professionalism, and clean professional ethics and being responsible to society, needs to master modern journalism technology./.
