The interdisciplinary inspection team of the Ministry of Home Affairs works with the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.

(NADS) - On the morning of August 23, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists received an interdisciplinary inspection delegation from the Ministry of Home Affairs . The inspection delegation, led by Mr. Pham Trung Giang, Deputy Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, Ministry of Home Affairs , inspected the compliance with the law and the charter and operating regulations of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.

Mr. Pham Trung Giang, Deputy Director of the Department of Non- Governmental Organizations, Ministry of Home Affairs, informed about the working items of the Delegation during this inspection.

On the side of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists welcoming the delegation were Artist Tran Thi Thu Dong, Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations, President of the Association; Artist-NB Ho Sy Minh, Permanent Vice President, Editor-in-Chief of Photography and Life Magazine, and leaders of the Association's units.

After the working session, the Inspection Delegation highly appreciated the compliance with the law and good implementation of the Charter in the general activities of the Association. The Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists has issued detailed and specific operating regulations in accordance with the law for each department, unit, and professional board. One point that the Delegation highly appreciated was that the Association has proactively issued a Code of Professional Ethics for its members, contributing to the creative orientation of artists across the country.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations Pham Trung Giang acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the Association's activities in recent times, especially the many exciting and practical activities that have contributed to the development of advanced Vietnamese Photography imbued with national identity.

The Deputy Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, Ministry of Home Affairs suggested that in the coming time, the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists continue to promote the role of the leader in gathering and managing the Association's activities; strengthen the development of members to have more resources to ensure the implementation of tasks; pay more attention and closely monitor to better manage the Association's departments and units in professional activities.
