An Giang Provincial People's Committee met to approve many important contents

On the afternoon of August 4, the People's Committee of An Giang province held a thematic meeting to approve the contents under the decision-making authority of the People's Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of An Giang province. The meeting was chaired by Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of An Giang province Ho Van Mung. Also attending the meeting were Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee of An Giang province.

At the meeting, members of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee discussed and contributed opinions on documents under the decision-making authority of the Provincial People's Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

The Department of Finance of An Giang province advises on the content: Submission to the Provincial People's Committee to submit the Action Program to implement Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee of the Party on the Supplementary Project on socio -economic development in 2025 with the growth target of 8% or more. Draft Decision to establish the Provincial Steering Committee and draft Decision to establish the Working Group to assist the Provincial Steering Committee in preparing and organizing activities within the framework of the APEC Forum 2027 in Phu Quoc Special Zone, An Giang Province.

Director of An Giang Provincial Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Nhu Anh spoke at the meeting.

An Giang Provincial Department of Home Affairs consulted on the list of subjects and budget estimates for implementing the regime and policies according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP; Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP (August 2025) for 405 cases, including early retirement policy for 238 cases and termination policy for 167 cases.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province advised on the content of the submission on the recognition of land use rights for Phu Quoc Medical Center according to Submission No. 99/TTr-SNNMT, dated July 22, 2025 and the recognition of land use rights for the Naval Region 5 Command in Submission No. 100/TTr-SNNMT of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
