On the afternoon of September 8, the delegation attending the Patriotic Emulation Congress of Tuyen Quang province led by Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Patriotic Emulation Congress of the province, offered incense and flowers at the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh and the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs of Tuyen Quang province.

Participating in the incense offering ceremony were comrades: Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee and delegates who are typical examples of advanced communes and sectors.

The delegates vowed to continue to set an example in studying and following Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and style; promote the spirit of solidarity, bravery, mettle and intelligence of Vietnam, the cultural traditions of the nation; strive to overcome all difficulties and challenges, lead, direct, deploy and organize the implementation to ensure the substance and effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements, together with the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people to build and protect the country of Vietnam in peace , independence, unity and territorial integrity; confidently enter the new era - the era of national development.

Immediately after the incense and flower offering ceremony, at Muong Thanh Tuyen Quang Hotel, the first Patriotic Emulation Congress of Tuyen Quang province for the period 2025 - 2030 took place with the following contents on the first day (preparatory session): Approval of the official Congress Program; approval of the Congress Rules; approval of the Congress Presidium and some other contents.
