Speed ​​up the progress of landslide remediation project in Cho Moi commune

Currently, the project to overcome the consequences of natural disasters in the landslide area at Group 1, Cho Moi Commune, is being accelerated, striving to complete this July.

The landslide recovery project in Cho Moi commune is being accelerated.

The project started construction in November 2024, with a total investment of more than 20 billion VND, invested by the Cho Moi District Construction Investment Project Management Board (now the Region 1 Construction Investment Project Management Board). The project belongs to Group C, civil type level IV.

The items that have been and are being implemented include: Slope tarpaulin with reasonable slope, reinforced with M200 cement concrete; construction of a revetment system longer than 217m; installation of water collection ditches at the top of the slope, ditches along the slope foot and drainage ditches to the National Highway 3 system; reinforcement of collection pits, woven panels, girder frames and reverse filter layer behind the revetment.

The project was constructed in accordance with the approved design, ensuring technical standards, with the main goal of preventing landslides and protecting the safety of 12 households in the adjacent area of ​​Group 1, Cho Moi Commune.
