The People's Committee of Binh Thuan province has just issued a plan to effectively implement Resolution No. 168/NQ-CP dated October 11, 2023 of the Government on the National Strategy for Anti-Corruption and Negativity Prevention and Control (PCTNTC) to 2030.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and sectors, based on their assigned functions and tasks, to proactively review, propose amendments and supplements to perfect legal regulations on socio-economic management and PCTNTC in the state and non-state sectors. Accordingly, focusing on areas prone to corruption and negativity such as: Organization of cadres, financial management, budget, public assets, management of state capital invested in enterprises, investment, construction, bidding, auction; land, resources, minerals; credit, banking; tax, customs and other areas directly related to people and businesses... Publicity, transparency, accountability in the process of promulgating, amending, supplementing, revoking, suspending, extending, abolishing, and organizing the implementation of administrative decisions. Recommend and propose to competent authorities to thoroughly overcome limitations and inadequacies in management mechanisms, policies and laws discovered through inspection, examination, auditing, investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments.
