'3 in 1' Party member

Mr. Dang Ngoc Duc, member of Party Cell 2, member of the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and also a union officer of Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tan Trieu Ward, Dong Nai Province), is affectionately called a "3 in 1" party member by his colleagues because he is both enthusiastic in Party work, creative in Union activities, and responsible in his role as a representative to protect workers' rights.

His pioneering spirit and desire to contribute have helped Mr. Duc to be honored with the 15th National Excellent Young Worker Award - 2025 presented by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. Not only recognizing his excellent skills and abilities, the award is also a testament to the young party member's tireless efforts in work and creativity.

According to Mr. Duong Phuoc Vinh, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd., Mr. Duc is one of the core factors in the Good Labor - Creative Labor Movement, always at the forefront of researching and applying new techniques to production. One of the outstanding highlights that Mr. Duc brings is the initiative to improve the automatic glue spraying system integrating AI technology.

Mr. Duc is also an active member of the Party Committee, always advising and implementing models of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style by concretizing them into professional work. In the work of the Youth Union, he is the nucleus connecting young workers with the Technical Improvement Emulation Movement. As a Union officer, he stands side by side with workers, listening to and protecting the legitimate rights of his brothers and sisters in the production team.
