During the 13th Congress term, the General Department Party Committee led and directed the organization of 354 classes of propaganda, dissemination and legal education integrating the content of anti-corruption, waste and negativity work with 125,482 participants; the General Department's Legal Reporter Team alone organized 8 political theory training classes for 9,407 chairpersons and reporters and 18 legal dissemination and education sessions at 46 grassroots units in the General Department.

Concluding the conference, Lieutenant General Do Van Thien requested: In the coming time, Party committees and commanders at all levels must continue to strengthen education , dissemination, propaganda and popularization of Party resolutions and directives, State laws, regulations of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department of Administrative and Economic Affairs on the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity in the unit. Regularly review, supplement and synchronously complete the regulations, processes and provisions of Party committees, agencies and units with preventive measures at all stages in the process of performing tasks.
