The Party Committee of the People's Court of Bac Kan province currently has 04 subordinate Party cells, with 42 Party members (including 01 probationary Party member). The Party membership rate accounts for 95.3% of the total number of civil servants and employees of the unit. The majority of Party members have a specialized university degree and intermediate or higher political theory level, with the capacity to meet the requirements of the task.
In the past term, the Provincial People's Court Party Committee has paid attention to doing well the work of political and ideologicaleducation , effectively propagating and implementing the Party's directives and resolutions to all Party members. The work of assessing the quality of Party members annually and developing the Party has been given attention in terms of both quality and quantity. The content, form and quality of Party cell activities, especially thematic activities, have been increasingly improved.
The training, fostering and planning of grassroots cadres were carried out in accordance with the process. The inspection and supervision work has been innovated in terms of content and leadership methods, closely following the key political tasks of the People's Court system at all levels. The majority of Party members are classified as having fulfilled their tasks well or better. From 2020 to present, the Party Committee and the Provincial People's Court Party Committee have been classified as having fulfilled their tasks well or better; in 2020 and 2021, the Party Committee was classified as having fulfilled its tasks excellently and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial People's Court Party Committee sets out directions and tasks with key targets such as: Strive to annually resolve and adjudicate all types of cases and other matters within its authority to ensure assigned targets. Every year, 98% of Party members complete their tasks well, of which 15% of Party members complete their tasks excellently. Every year, 100% of subordinate Party cells complete their tasks well or better, of which 20% of Party cells complete their tasks excellently; the Party Committee and the Provincial People's Court Party Committee collectively complete their tasks well or better. Every year, inspection and supervision are conducted on 30% of Party organizations and 15% of Party members who are members of the same and lower levels of Party Committees.
