Previously, some drivers in Hanoi reported that recently, when they drove on highways such as Hanoi - Thai Nguyen, Noi Bai - Lao Cai, Thang Long Boulevard..., they often encountered practice cars driving at low speed, causing traffic obstruction.

The practice cars, although going at slow speeds, take up lane 1 (lane close to the median strip of the highway) causing other vehicles to have to swerve to avoid, potentially causing an accident.
