Accordingly, a delivery man born in 1987, residing in Cam Thanh ward, Quang Ngai province was prosecuted for investigation of the crime of embezzlement of property. A delivery man born in 1991, residing in Tra Giang commune, the province and a man born in 1988, residing in Truong Giang commune were both prosecuted for the crime of embezzlement of property under Article 353 of the Penal Code.
These people are employees of express delivery service companies with branches in Quang Ngai. Taking advantage of their assigned tasks, they embezzled a large sum of money from the company.
The Investigation Police Agency of Quang Ngai Province Police is expanding the investigation into the case to clarify the roles of related individuals and recover the misappropriated assets.
