Final round of the Homeland Melody Singing Festival "Thieu Hoa"

As part of a series of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory and the 702nd anniversary of the death of Historian Le Van Huu, on the evening of April 24, Thieu Hoa district organized the Homeland Melody Singing Festival "Thieu Hoa - Echoes of Bronze Drums".

The Organizing Committee presented souvenir flags to participating units.

Participating in the final night were 12 performances selected through the preliminary round from clusters of 24 communes, towns and high schools in the area.

With the theme "Thieu Hoa - Echo of the Bronze Drum", the teams brought to the festival songs praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the Vietnam People's Armed Forces, love for the homeland and country; historical, cultural values, heroic traditions of the nation, of Thanh Hoa province in general, Thieu Hoa district in particular such as: Thanh Hoa love song; Returning to my homeland Do mountain, Chu river; Hello heroic Ma river; Epic poem on the bronze drum; A lap of Vietnam...

The performance won first prize at the festival.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the units have organized elaborate rehearsals and staging, invested in choreography, costumes, and props; selected singers who are new elements to participate in the singing festival, and had a uniform dance team, showing diversity in content and richness in genre.

The Organizing Committee awarded the first prize worth 10 million VND to Thieu Tien commune.

At the end of the festival, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to Thieu Tien commune, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 6 consolation prizes to the participating teams.

The singing festival of the Melody of the homeland “Thieu Hoa - Echo of the Bronze Drum” is organized to seek vocal talents for the cultural and artistic movement; create a healthy and useful playground for music lovers; practically celebrate the country's major holidays; at the same time create a joyful and exciting atmosphere, strongly promote patriotic emulation movements, encourage cadres, party members, workers, civil servants, and laborers to actively work, study, and produce, contributing to the successful implementation of the district's political , economic, cultural - social, defense - security tasks.
