According to plan, at 8:00 p.m. tomorrow, Sunday, August 24, the second General Training will take place at Ba Dinh Square for the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day.

Regarding force organization, there are 6 forces participating in the parade, specifically: Traditional Torch Relay Force and Fire Guard; Ceremonial Artillery Force; Air Force flying salute.

Parade and marching forces: 4 Honorary blocs; 43 blocs representing the people's armed forces (26 Army blocs, 17 Police blocs); foreign military blocs (expected 4 blocs), including: China, Russia, Laos, Cambodia; Military vehicles, artillery , special Police vehicles; Parade forces at sea; 12 mass parade blocs; 1 Culture and Sports bloc.

The forces standing in the background: Honor Guards on the stage and 29 standing blocks (18 armed force blocks standing opposite stand A; 11 mass blocks standing on both sides of the new armed force blocks added since August 21). Forces forming shapes and letters.

Regarding the parade program, including: Traditional torch procession; Ceremonial artillery firing; Air force salute.

Parade, march of the blocks, in order: Parade of the Honor Block; Parade of the walking blocks (order: Vietnam People's Army blocks, foreign army blocks, Militia and Self-Defense Force; Police blocks); Parade of military vehicles and artillery; special police vehicles; Parade of armed forces at sea (transmitting images to Ba Dinh); Parade of the masses; Parade of the Culture and Sports Block.

After the second round of general training of the armed forces, the State-level preliminary review will take place from 8:00 p.m. on August 27, 2025 (Wednesday). The State-level general review will take place from 6:30 a.m. on August 30, 2025 (Saturday). The official ceremony will take place from 6:30 a.m. on September 2, 2025 (Tuesday). Suggested streets to watch parades and processions

According to the plan, the blocks will march in several directions:

Nguyen Thai Hoc - Kim Ma - Lieu Giai - Van Cao - Quan Ngua Stadium: route for command vehicles, red flag units, military and police forces; the central routes are quite small and difficult to move, moving towards Lieu Giai and Van Cao will be more open.

Nguyen Thai Hoc - Trang Thi - Trang Tien - Opera House: includes part of the military and militia forces. This area is the center so it is expected to be very crowded and difficult to move around.

Nguyen Thai Hoc - Le Duan - Thong Nhat Park: where the police and military parade through, open space, convenient for observation.

In addition, the ceremonial blocks also followed the route Hung Vuong - Trang Thi - Hang Khay - Trang Tien - August Revolution Square; the motor vehicle convoy followed the direction of Thang Long Avenue - Le Quang Dao - F1 Racetrack.
