Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai is the Head of the Traffic Safety Committee of Ha Tinh.

The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has just issued Decision No. 252/QD-UBND on personnel restructuring of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee.

Accordingly, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai is the Head of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Bao Ha is the Standing Deputy Head of the Committee; Director of the Department of Transport Tran Quang Tuan and Colonel Dang Hoai Son - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department are both Deputy Heads of the Committee.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai concurrently holds the position of Head of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee.

The Provincial Traffic Safety Committee also has 20 members who are leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors (see details here).

The Head, Deputy Heads and members of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee work part-time and receive allowances according to current regulations; the duties and powers of the members of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee are assigned by the Head in Decision No. 131/QD-BATGT dated November 25, 2019 on the Operating Regulations of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee.

This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance, replacing Decision No. 272/QD-UBND dated February 6, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee.
