(Dan Tri) - NMT Food Company Limited said that there were no unusual events or negative impacts leading to the decision to dissolve An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company, and business operations remain stable.

On June 23, the Facebook page "Eat With Mrs. Tuyet" with 160,000 followers posted a notice to customers of NMT Food Company Limited. Accordingly, this company introduced itself as a unit authorized by Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong, the owner of the brand "Eat With Mrs. Tuyet" and the unit authorized to speak about the brand.

Accordingly, regarding the dissolution of An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company, NMT Food Company Limited said that the above issue does not affect production and business activities as well as the rights of consumers who have been using products under the brand name An Cung Ba Tuyet.

The notice stated that An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company proactively completed the procedures to send to the Hanoi City Business Registration Office on January 16 in accordance with the company's internal direction and in accordance with the provisions of law.

According to the company, Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong has authorized NMT Food Company Limited to manufacture products from July 1, 2024 and authorized Dai Viet Food Trading Company Limited to trade products under the brand name An Cung Ba Tuyet. This is to change the model to increase flexibility, simplify operations and be more suitable for the current development orientation.

"We would like to confirm that there are no unusual events or negative impacts leading to the decision to dissolve. All current business activities are still stable, transparent and aimed at better serving customers," the notice said.

Previously, information from the National Business Registration Portal said that An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company, headquartered in An Khanh Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi, had just officially completed the dissolution procedures. Regarding the reason for dissolution, the announcement said that after a period of operation, the company could not find a market, and its business activities encountered many difficulties. The company no longer needed to operate its business.

An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company was established in May 2023. Its main business line is food wholesale. The company is headed by Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong (born in 1999) as Director and Legal Representative.

The company had an initial charter capital of VND2 billion, of which Mr. Truong contributed VND1.7 billion (equivalent to 85% of the capital), Mr. Pham Hai Duong and Mr. Do Thanh Nho each contributed 7.5% of the capital, equivalent to VND150 million/person. By October 2023, the company increased its capital to VND5 billion, the proportion of shareholders contributing capital was not disclosed.

Eating with Mrs. Tuyet is a quite famous snack brand on social networking platforms associated with the image of "Mrs. Tuyet" (real name is Do Thi Tuyet) who is also the brand representative.

This brand has products such as boneless chicken feet, snacks, cheese chicken thighs, spicy toothpicks... Many products have achieved hundreds of thousands of successful sales on the TikTok Shop platform. For example, the combo of 20 packs of boneless spicy chicken feet priced at 168,000-198,000 VND reached nearly 225,000 sales; the combo of 2 jars of spicy toothpick snacks and 2 jars of chicken thighs priced at 99,000 VND reached more than 238,000 sales...

Previously, the brand An Cung Ba Tuyet was involved in a scandal over the quality of its products. Last April, customers complained that Ms. Tuyet's boneless chicken feet were undercooked and had a strange smell. In March 2024, another customer also reported finding a foreign object in a product of this brand.

On June 23, the brand's TikTok channel An Cung Ba Tuyet with 1.7 million followers was still livestreaming to sell products.
