According to the question and answer program at the 9th session, right after the end of the question of the Minister of Finance , from 2:50 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on June 19, the National Assembly will question the education and training sector of Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son.

The scope of the questioning is: Current situation and solutions for developing and improving the quality of higher education associated with the requirement of creating high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of socio -economic development. Implementation of legal regulations on extra teaching and learning. Ensuring a safe, healthy and friendly educational environment; preventing and combating school violence; ensuring food safety and hygiene in schools.
In addition to Minister Nguyen Kim Son, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long, the Ministers of Finance, Home Affairs, Health, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Science and Technology, and Public Security also participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.
The questioning time for Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son lasted until 10:20 a.m. on June 20.
Then, from 10:20 to 10:35, the Prime Minister (or authorized Deputy Prime Minister) reports to clarify related issues.
From 10:35 to 11:20, the Prime Minister (or authorized Deputy Prime Minister) answers questions from National Assembly deputies.
From 11:20 to 11:30, the National Assembly Chairman delivered a speech concluding the question and answer session.
At the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly at the end of 2023, the Minister of Education and Training also answered questions before the National Assembly on the implementation of a number of Resolutions of the 14th National Assembly on thematic supervision and questioning and the Resolution of the National Assembly on thematic supervision and questioning from the beginning of the 15th term to the end of the 4th Session in the field of education and training. The content of the questions was about the structure of exams in the general education program; the implementation of Decree No. 116/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 on the policy of supporting tuition fees and living expenses for pedagogical students; causes and solutions to overcome school violence; funding for Youth Union and Young Pioneer activities of schools.
The first time Minister Nguyen Kim Son answered questions before the National Assembly was at the 2nd session of the 15th National Assembly (November 2021) after he held the position of Minister for about half a year. The content of the questions at that time was about the following issues: Ensuring the quality of teaching and learning, continuing to fundamentally innovate education and training in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic; online teaching and learning to ensure efficiency and fairness in access to educational and learning conditions among students in different regions; reducing the curriculum load for students; narrowing the educational gap between urban and rural areas, especially in remote areas, ethnic minority and mountainous areas; school safety and school health care so that students can return to school.
