On September 4, the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province said that preparations for the opening ceremony of the new school year, associated with the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Ministry of Education and Training in the locality, have been completed.
Accordingly, educational institutions in the province have fully prepared facilities, equipment, and transmission lines for online connection; have feasible and effective backup plans in case of power outages or bad weather; ensure traffic safety, security and order, and prevent fires and explosions during the opening ceremony.
The planned activities of educational institutions will be organized concisely, ending before 8:00. From 8:00 to 9:30, all delegates, teachers and students will fully attend the contents of the program organized by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Provincial, commune and ward leaders in Ca Mau are arranged to attend the opening ceremony at most schools in the province. In particular, at Hoa Binh A Primary School (Hoa Binh commune), the launching ceremony of the project to teach 2 sessions/day, organize boarding schools, invest in clean drinking water systems and toilets for public kindergartens and general schools in the province will take place in conjunction with the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year, with the participation of the Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee.
Vo Van Kiet High School (Phuoc Long Commune) was chosen as the provincial bridge to connect online with the bridge of the Ministry of Education and Training to attend the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of National Education and the opening of the 2025-2026 school year at the National Convention Center. This bridge was attended by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau Province.

Tu Thao Nhu, an 11th grade student at Tan Bang Secondary and High School (Bien Bach Commune) said she is very excited about the new school year opening day to meet her teachers, friends and most of all to witness the special opening ceremony.
“I know that this year’s opening ceremony will combine in-person and online formats. Unlike previous years, this year, through online television, students will be able to listen to the Minister of Education and Training deliver a speech, as well as listen to the Party leader’s directive speech and drumbeat to open the new school year. This is something that students have never witnessed before, so they are very excited. In my opinion, this will motivate students to strive to study better in the new school year,” Thao Nhu said.

Mr. Bao Trung Thanh, Principal of Tan Bang Secondary and High School (Bien Bach, Ca Mau) said that the school has built a stage and arranged an LED screen for the opening ceremony. Because the school has built a large canopy on campus, the ceremony can still be held smoothly in case of bad weather.
“The school has just been invested in spacious facilities and recognized as meeting national standards, so all staff, teachers and students of the school are eagerly awaiting the big festival of the industry.
In the past few days, the school has been rehearsing performances for the Opening Ceremony. The school is determined to create a joyful, safe, meaningful, solemn and economical opening ceremony in accordance with the spirit of the superiors' instructions," Mr. Bao Trung Thanh excitedly shared.
In preparation for the opening ceremony, Cai Nuoc High School (Cai Nuoc, Ca Mau) has arranged 4 large screen TVs with sound systems and high-speed internet connection. Arranged and set up enough tables and chairs to ensure the opening ceremony goes smoothly and without interruption.
“In case of bad weather or rain, the school will arrange for students to attend the Opening Ceremony in classrooms according to each grade level. Currently, all classrooms in the school are equipped with TVs connected to the internet, which is very convenient,” said Mr. Ngo Thanh Vu, the school’s principal.
