Four Provincial Party Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries receive new assignments at the National Assembly

Specifically, the Politburo decided that Mr. Lam Van Man, Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council, Secretary of the Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee and ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Lam Van Man was mobilized and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.

The Politburo decided that Mr. Hoang Duy Chinh, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council and Secretary of the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee, will cease to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee and will cease to hold the position of Secretary of the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee.

The Secretariat decided that Mr. Phung Khanh Tai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, would cease to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and cease to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Phung Khanh Tai was mobilized and appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.

The National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to approve Mr. Dang Ngoc Huy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly Delegation Work Committee.

Presenting decisions to officials holding new positions, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man stated that this is an honor but also a great responsibility.

The National Assembly Chairman acknowledged that Mr. Lam Van Man, Mr. Hoang Duy Chinh, Mr. Phung Khanh Tai, and Mr. Dang Ngoc Huy had received thorough training, including two officials from the Central Government who were transferred to localities (Phu Tho, Quang Ngai) and two officials who had extensive experience working in localities (Soc Trang, Bac Kan).

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man hopes that officials will continue to proactively research, apply, and provide timely, accurate, and complete advice in all areas of work; promote strengths, capacities, and operational experience with a decisive, resolute, and determined mindset, and must produce results.

Mr. Tran Thanh Man noted that new personnel must always innovate their thinking and working methods for the common benefit of the country and the people, contributing to enhancing the prestige of the National Assembly in the work of legislation, supervision, and decision-making on important issues of the country.

The National Assembly Chairman believes that the officials will fulfill their tasks well in their new positions; regarding the National Assembly - "the house of great unity", it must continue to "unite, unite, great unity/success, success, great success" and complete all tasks assigned by the Party, State and people.
