Arrested 4 teenagers using weapons to resolve conflicts in Long An

On January 17, Ben Luc District Police ( Long An ) announced that they had just prosecuted and temporarily detained 4 suspects to investigate the act of "Disturbing public order". The suspects include: Truong Ngoc Ty (born in 2003, from Long An ); Nguyen Tan Thong (born in 2005, from Quang Ngai); Le Van Tri (born in 2002, from Long An ) and Dang Mai Hoang Thao (born in 2002, from Hau Giang).

Previously, at around 0:30 on December 26, 2023, in Ward 4, Ben Luc Town, the Criminal Police Team coordinated with Ben Luc Town Police to patrol and discovered the four young men using weapons to resolve a conflict, injuring Dang Hieu Thien (born in 2007, Luong Hoa Commune, Ben Luc District). Thien was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment immediately afterwards.

At the scene, the authorities seized a 2.2m long metal fork with 3 sharp ends, a 50cm long metal knife, a 55cm long knife and many broken beer bottles left at the scene.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Truong Nhat Minh, Head of Ben Luc District Police, the above incident shows that the juvenile crime situation is becoming more complicated, with the emergence of groups of young but reckless and reckless teenagers.
