Warning, the focus of the mainland area from Thanh Hoa - North Quang Tri, including the coastal area of Thanh Hoa - Quang Tri is at level 4 risk. The meteorological agency assessed this as a very special storm, with a fairly fast moving speed, the intensity also increased very quickly, in just 2 days from August 22 to August 24, it increased to level 7.
The meteorological agency noted in particular: Storm No. 5 is considered to have winds as strong as super typhoon YAGI when it hit the North of our country in September last year, causing damage of up to 84,000 billion VND. Storm No. 5 is also considered stronger than typhoon Doksuri that hit the Central region in 2017.
