Ribbon cutting ceremony, handing over houses to 9 policy households

Accordingly, 9 households were handed over houses this time, including 6 families in A Luoi 1 commune; 2 families in A Luoi 2 commune and 1 family in A Luoi 4 commune.

Each house has a usable area of 60 to 75 square meters, of which "House of Great Unity" and "House of Comrades" are supported with 60 million VND; "House of Gratitude" is supported with 80 million VND.

The total cost of supporting the construction of 9 houses is 600 million VND, the above amount was supported by the Ministry of National Defense , the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army and the Military Region 4 Command; during the process of families building houses, the Hue City Military Command directed units to mobilize officers, soldiers and militia forces to support additional working days.

Speaking at the house handover ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Piu, Deputy Chief of Political Department of the City Military Command, congratulated the families and emphasized that the activity taking place on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the tradition and morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", "repaying gratitude" and implementing well the movement of the Army joining hands for the poor so that "No one is left behind".

At the inauguration ceremony, agencies, units and localities presented many gifts to 9 families.
