Handling of groups weaving and swerving in industrial zones

On September 16, Dong Nai Provincial Police said that the Bien Hoa Industrial Park Police Station is preparing a case to handle a group of teenagers who were weaving, swinging, and performing circus acts on the internal road in Amata Industrial Park.

On September 6, a clip appeared recording the scene of 4 young men driving a motorbike, weaving, standing, and lying on the motorbike like a "circus" in Amata Industrial Park, endangering passersby and threatening the safety of the subjects themselves.

Immediately afterwards, the Bien Hoa Industrial Park Police Station deployed forces to urgently verify and investigate, and by September 15, the unit had identified the identities of 4 subjects (all residing in Long Binh Ward) related to the incident, including: TTV (18 years old), TMN (16 years old); NTP (16 years old) and NQK (15 years old); of which 2 subjects were students of a vocational college.

Through investigation, the subjects admitted that due to lack of knowledge, impulsiveness, and wanting to express themselves, they gathered to commit the above acts without thinking about the consequences. The unit has filed a case file, temporarily detained the vehicles, and transferred the file to the Provincial Police Traffic Police Department for strict handling according to regulations.
