According to the People's Committee of Xuan Thanh commune, currently, the facilities and equipment at the commune's public administrative service center have been arranged to ensure service for people and businesses; the internal network infrastructure (LAN) and internet connection are guaranteed to operate smoothly. The electronic one-stop system and online public services are synchronously connected to the National Public Service Portal... Regarding the results of digitizing records, the total number of records that have been digitized "correctly, fully, cleanly, and alive" is 1,318/1,373 records, reaching a rate of nearly 96%. Regarding the results of assessing the quality of handling procedures, synthesizing and assessing the quality of the Index of serving people and businesses in performing administrative procedures and providing public services on the National Public Service Portal as of September 11, Xuan Thanh commune achieved 90.91/100 points.
