Building a plan to launch the Dong Nai Province Political - Administrative Center Project on September 2

(DN) - On June 11, at a working session with relevant units on the implementation of the Provincial Political - Administrative Center Project, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha assigned the Department of Construction to prepare a plan to launch the project on September 2 and send it to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to seek the opinion of the Provincial Party Committee before issuing the implementation plan.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the plan clearly show the progress of the work to be carried out, the time of starting construction and the time of completion of the project. The plan needs to be completed and submitted to the Provincial People's Committee early next week.

At the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also agreed to assign the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to be the project investor and carry out the procedures for establishing the investment policy.

According to the Department of Construction, the unit is currently coordinating with relevant agencies to update the project into the general planning of Bien Hoa city, and at the same time locally adjusting the planning of the city's A2 subdivision. In addition, the department is also implementing procedures to organize an architectural design competition for this central area, along with developing an investment plan for the project.

The Provincial Political - Administrative Center Project has a scale of about 105 hectares, including: three administrative blocks, a conference center, a square and urban service areas.
