Tan Phu Dong Commune hands over solidarity house to veteran members

(DTO) On the morning of August 7, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Phu Dong commune, Dong Thap province organized the handover of a solidarity house to Mr. Le Van Duc (Bai Bun hamlet), a veteran member who is facing housing difficulties.

The house has a construction area of 75 m2 , meeting the 3 hard standards: Walls, corrugated iron roof, cement floor. The construction cost is 90 million VND; of which, Tien Giang Lottery Company Limited supported 60 million VND, the rest was contributed by the family.

Comrade Nguyen Trung Hoa, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Tan Phu Dong commune, thanked the sponsor for always accompanying and helping many people with difficult housing circumstances in Tan Phu Dong commune in the past time. At the same time, he hoped that Mr. Le Van Duc's family would continue to strive to develop the economy and escape poverty sustainably.

On this occasion, the sponsor and local departments presented souvenirs and congratulated Mr. Le Van Duc on having a new house.
