Through promoting digital transformation and IT application, up to now, An Phuoc High School has thoroughly digitized the operating process; 100% of incoming and outgoing documents are processed online. The school also assigns tasks to staff, teachers and employees through the school's social networking sites; implements and monitors weekly teaching reports on Microsoft Teams. Annual, monthly and weekly plans, plans to carry out specific tasks, and school regulations are all posted on the website for easy monitoring and supervision. The school also established Zalo groups to ensure quick connection between staff, teachers, students and parents. In the 2024-2025 school year, through Zalo groups for each grade level, the school has sent meeting invitations to parents 3 times, thereby reducing a significant cost of printing invitations, while ensuring speed and convenience.

The digitization of professional records has also been promoted by An Phuoc High School. The school has deployed electronic grade books and electronic transcripts since the 2018-2019 school year; has monitored and managed libraries and school equipment on management software. Professional records of teachers and professional groups are stored on Microsoft Teams, easy to look up and share. Plans, lectures, reports, and internal inspections are carried out online, reducing paper records, facilitating lookup, editing, and coordination in performing tasks. The school also promotes non-cash payment, creating convenience for teachers, parents, and students; organizes online consultations to evaluate management staff according to professional standards; organizes online registration for 10th grade students to arrange classes...

Through socialization, up to now, 100% of classrooms at An Phuoc High School are equipped with smart TVs, helping to enhance visualization in teaching and organizing educational activities. Teachers use a variety of software such as: Azota, ClassPoint, Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, Google Forms, PowerPoint... to help lectures be flexible, lively, and attractive to students. For testing and evaluating students, An Phuoc High School has successfully built a question library to serve the purpose of creating periodic tests for subjects; organizing tests and grading papers using mobile phones. Periodic tests are created by the school from the question library according to the structure of the test matrix and through the software: TestPro, MasterTest, Youngmix. Students' papers are scanned and graded using mobile phones to ensure accuracy, fairness, objectivity, and results the next day. In addition to regular testing, the school also conducts regular testing on Google Form, Azota, Shub Classroom...; organizes direct exam review, combines online exam review, and sends documents to grade 12 students through online platforms.

It is known that to achieve the above results, An Phuoc High School has established a Digital Transformation Board headed by the school principal; organized guidance for all staff, teachers and employees to apply software in management, teaching and digital signature. Teachers and employees who have not performed well will be maximally supported by the school's Digital Transformation Board according to the principle of "hand-holding". The school also focuses on raising awareness among staff, teachers and employees about the importance of digital transformation work, applying IT in management, teaching and assessment; promoting the role and responsibility of leaders in performing tasks; integrating digital transformation content, applying IT in organizing competitions and contests; propagating and mobilizing students to actively participate in the Provincial Youth Informatics Contest; at the same time, making the implementation of digital transformation tasks and applying IT a criterion for evaluating and classifying civil servants at the end of the school year.

“With many synchronous solutions and high determination in implementation, up to now, digital transformation is no longer a strange concept but has become a practical action at An Phuoc High School. Although there are still certain difficulties, with a sense of responsibility and high determination in innovation, we believe that digital transformation will be the “key” to help the school improve the quality of education and build a modern, creative and effective learning environment” - Mr. Tran Ngoc Hung shared.
