Hanging the national flag on September 2nd holiday

According to Notice No. 65/TB-UBND, dated August 8, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee, cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees of administrative agencies, public service agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations (collectively referred to as civil servants and public employees) are arranged to have a National Day holiday from Saturday, August 30 to Tuesday, September 2.

Agencies and organizations that do not have a fixed Saturday and Sunday weekly holiday schedule will base on the specific program and plan of the unit to arrange a suitable holiday schedule.

During the holiday, heads of departments, branches, agencies, and units shall arrange to be on duty; arrange working units reasonably to handle continuous work, ensure good service to the organization and the people; other urgent tasks...

In particular, offices, armed forces barracks, medical facilities, schools, religious establishments, businesses and households throughout the province will fly the national flag from September 1 to September 2.

Chairmen of People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones; heads of departments, branches, agencies, and units inspect and remind people to hang the national flag in each residential area and unit under their management; organize cleaning and decorating of streets; remind households to clean the environment around their residences, replace old and faded flags with new flags to create urban beauty; arrange to be on duty on holidays, ensure security, order, safety of agencies, units, and public entertainment areas; ensure safety in disease prevention and control work according to regulations.
