The event will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, to commemorate the 79th anniversary of the National Resistance Day (December 19, 1946 - December 19, 2025) and welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party for the 2025 - 2030 term.

To ensure thorough, quality and successful preparation for this important event, the Prime Minister requests: Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, chairmen of boards of members, general directors of corporations and general companies to urgently direct agencies, units, investors, project management boards, contractors... to focus all resources, make efforts to accelerate and further advance the construction progress of projects and works of the sector, agencies, affiliated units and localities in charge; Call on all cadres, civil servants, workers of ministries, branches, localities, investors, contractors, consulting units, workers at construction sites to promote the spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain, not losing to storms", working "3 shifts, 4 shifts", "eating quickly, sleeping urgently", "working day, working at night, working overtime on holidays", "working through holidays, Tet holidays"... to quickly put projects into operation, ensuring quality.

At the same time, for projects and works with plans for inauguration and commencement, it is necessary to promptly complete legal procedures and documents to fully meet the conditions according to regulations.
