Searching for tourists missing for nearly 2 days at Ba Ho Tourist Area

On the afternoon of February 18, a representative of the Ninh Ich Commune People's Committee confirmed that the commune police force and local people are still searching for a male tourist who has been missing for nearly 2 days at Ba Ho Tourist Area.

Earlier on the morning of February 17, a group of people from Ninh An commune, Ninh Hoa town went to Ba Ho tourist area for sightseeing.

By noon of the same day, a man in the group separated from the group and lost contact.

For nearly 2 days, authorities, Ba Ho Tourist Area Management Board, local people and authorities have been actively searching but have not found the man.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hai, Chairwoman of Ninh Hoa Town People's Committee, said that the locality had contacted the family of the missing man and the family said that this man had a history of mental illness.

" Up to now, the male tourist has not been found. Ensuring the safety of tourists and managing activities are the responsibility of Ba Ho Tourist Area ," Ms. Hai informed.

Currently, authorities and related units are still actively searching for the man.
