On the evening of June 17, passenger Lai Jian Syun took a flight from Guangzhou to Noi Bai International Airport ( Hanoi ) and took a taxi to leave the airport. However, when he arrived at his accommodation in Hanoi, he discovered that he had left his backpack containing many documents and assets in the taxi – while not remembering the license plate number or driver information.

At 11:45 p.m. the same day, the passenger returned to Noi Bai airport to seek help from the authorities. At the arrival terminal T2, he met Mr. Kieu Huy Hung - a mobile security officer on duty. Overcoming the language barrier with a translation tool, Mr. Hung patiently received the information and quickly coordinated with the authorities to search for the taxi.
Although the camera at the pick-up location did not clearly record the license plate number or image of the driver, thanks to the professionalism and urgent coordination, the authorities were able to identify the driver and contact him for assistance. This person then authorized a colleague to carry the backpack from Hanoi back to Noi Bai airport.

At 0:30 on June 18, the backpack was safely returned to its owner. Passenger Syun later sent a thank you letter to the Action Committee for Passenger Service Quality at Noi Bai International Airport, expressing his deep appreciation for the sense of responsibility and dedicated support of Mr. Kieu Huy Hung.
