At sea, on the day and night of August 21, in the northern area of ​​the Gulf of Tonkin, the central and southern areas of the East Sea (including the Truong Sa special zone), the sea area from Gia Lai to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to An Giang and the Gulf of Thailand, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms.

During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, strong gusts of wind level 6-7 and waves 1-2 m high.
