The contestants are tour guides at the locations that have been granted a card; officers and civil servants who are currently performing tour guiding and explaining tasks at tourist areas and locations in the 6 provinces of Viet Bac with a total of 12 people, each province selects 2 tour guides. Contestants from each province will compete at the location of that province.
Tuyen Quang has contestant Truong Thi My Duyen, born in 1990, Provincial Museum Guide, competing with the theme "Dinh Tan Trao - Tan Trao Special National Relic Site"; Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh, born in 1999, Provincial Museum Guide, competing with the theme "Lan Na Nua - Tan Trao Special National Relic Site".
Exam time is from August 20 to 25, specifically: Exam in Ha Giang province on August 20, Tuyen Quang on August 21, Thai Nguyen on August 22, Lang Son on August 23, Cao Bang on August 24, Bac Kan on August 25.
The contest consists of 3 parts, lasting 15 minutes: Part 1 is talent test, part 2 is presentation skills test, part 3 is behavior test. The jury will select 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, 6 consolation prizes.
On the evening of August 26, the award ceremony will be held at the Music and Fashion Show celebrating the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Bac Kan province, at the outdoor stage of the Bac Kan Provincial Cultural House Square.
