The 1st Congress of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee requests permission not to accept congratulatory flowers.

On September 8, 2025, the Provincial Party Congress Propaganda and Service Subcommittee sent a notice to agencies, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, departments, branches, and organizations, companies and enterprises in the province about not accepting congratulatory flowers for the 1st Quang Ngai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. According to the notice, the Congress Organizing Committee would like to thank the attention, coordination in preparation, comments, as well as the affection of agencies, units, localities and many organizations and individuals in the province who have and will give to the Congress. However, in order to implement the Central and Provincial policies on thrift and anti-waste, the Congress would like to not accept congratulatory flowers for the Congress. The first Congress of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee will take place from September 10, 2025 to September 12, 2025 at the Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center, No. 205 Pham Van Dong Street, Cam Thanh Ward. The opening session will start at 7:30 a.m. on September 11, 2025 and will be broadcast live on QNgTV channel of Quang Ngai Newspaper and Radio and Television. Attending the Congress are 450 official delegates, representing more than 91,700 party members in the entire Party Committee.D.N

According to the announcement, the Organizing Committee of the Congress would like to express its sincere thanks for the attention, coordination in preparation, comments, as well as the affection of agencies, units, localities and many organizations and individuals in the province who have and will give to the Congress.

However, to implement the Central and provincial policy of thrift and anti-waste, the Congress would like to not accept flowers. Congratulations to the Congress.
