Thai Nguyen announces 7 department leaders after arrangement and merger

On the afternoon of February 19, the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province announced the decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work and organizational structure for specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee after the rearrangement.


Accordingly, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province Nguyen Huy Dung decided to appoint Mr. Phan Thanh Ha, Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; Mr. Le Kim Phuc, Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Thai Nguyen province, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance; Mr. Pham Quang Anh, Director of the Department of Transport, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Construction; Mr. Pham Viet Duc, Director of the Department of Science and Technology, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Dang Van Huy, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huu, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs.

As for Mr. Tran Trong Chung, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee (before the merger), he will continue to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee until he reaches retirement age according to regulations.

The appointment decisions are valid for 5 years, effective from March 1, 2025.
